- the lessons each consist of four pages and follow a transparent, recurring structure:
- Each lesson begins with an interesting introductory situation - usually combined with an audio text - which introduces the topic of the lesson and arouses emotions and interest
- On the following double page, starting from the initial situation, the new word fields, structures and means of speech are introduced and practiced using authentic reading and listening texts
- the new word field of the lesson is presented prominently in the header and is easy to remember as a picture lexicon
- Final page: Writing training, speaking training or mini projects address the lesson material and the structures and important phrases are clearly summarized
- the four additional Module Plus pages offer further interesting information:
- Reading magazine: Magazine page with a variety of additional reading texts
- Film stations: tasks related to the film sequences
- Regional studies project: suggestion for a project
- Conclusion: Songs with tips for creative use in class
